I am so disappointed with the new wipes. The original Noxzema aroma and cleansing is what your dedicated long term customers kept coming back for. Unfortunately the "new" wipes are no more than a baby wipe repackaged at twice the cost. I have been forced to resort to the baby wipes.

I have used Noxema for at least 25 years, loved that the makeup removal cloths had the same scent as original Noxema. Why did they need to be made "new"? The cloths used to leave my face feeling fresh and clean. Now the smell is overwhelming and they leave my face feeling like there is residue and i need to wash my face again! Please, please, please go back to the original formula- no other products compare!!!!

I used to love this product and referred it to all my friends, why did you have to new and improve this and ruin the product?? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change it back, we all loved it with the real Noxzema trademark smell and tingly affect.....

I've been using Noxzema products off and on for over 25 years. One of the reasons I keep going back to it is the scent. There is nothing like the smell of Noxzema - I love it.
I used to use the "Deep Cleansing Cloths" before bed. Loved those, but then you stopped selling them. In its place, I started using the Make-up removal cloths. Not a bad alternative (not that I had much of a choice).
But then you went and changed the scent. Why????? The new fresh scent is NOT Noxzema, and it really doesn't smell all that wonderful. And the cloths seem to be thinner - I feel like it's going to rip.
BRING BACK THE TRIED-AND-TRUE NOXZEMA SCENT!!

I have used Noxzema since puberty, over 25 years ago. I have always loved the fresh, clean feel that Noxzema has left on my skin. I tried the wipes when they first came out and have loved using them since. I few years ago, I couldn't find them in stores and went into a panic until I finally found them online and ordered three cartons. (My husband has referred to the wipes as my addiction. LOL) I was very disappointed to learn that the scent has been changed. Like most reviews on here, the wipes seem to me like another run of the mill product. I won't be purchasing them. Noxzema, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the product so many of your loyal customers love!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot tell you how long I have been using the clean moisture cloths, and never found anything like them. The new ones do not compare! I loved the smell of the eucalyptus and menthal, when I used them it made my skin feel like it was fresh and so clean, there was nothing like them. And unfortunately, I have stop using your product. I have tried many other products and find my self looking for the old noxzema wipes, with no luck! PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL CLOTHS!! My skin begs of you!

NEW SCENT = NO GOOD

I hate the new scent. It's not that refreshing feeling that you know is cleaning your face. this new floral smell just makes me feel like i'm wiping lotion on my face or got spritzed by a perfume girl.
I travel A LOT on LONG flights and I used to love pulling out my Noxzema wipes and wiping my face to refresh on the plane and now....i just go to the bathroom on the plane and use the soap and water (which is not good) but at least the soap smells better than this yucky smell. I found ONE package on sale at a store and bought it today. It's like GOLD to me. Now i am searching all stores for maybe one last one hanging out in the back of the shelf.
PLEASE CHANGE THE SCENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SO I CAN BUY IT AGAIN...I NO LONGER BUY THE PRODUCT.

I have been using these for a few months now ad I don't understand all the negative reviews. This product is a great product. I was looking for something economical and that wouldn't irritate my skin which is very sensitive. This product cleanses well and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. I like the smell, it's very subtle. I noticed within days I noticed such a difference in my skin. It was clear and glowing, and doesn't dry out my skin. After using the cloths my face is so smooth. I will be purchasing these for years to come :-) Thank you Noxema for making a product so simple and gentle!

Like other reviewers I too used to search far & wide for this item. They were usually sold out & I would buy quite a few at a time when I found them. I recently picked up the "new" ones & discvered they are nothing like the original. They are awful smelling & a smaller size & different texture than they were before, & there is nothing to differentiate them from other products in the same line. I am no longer loyal to this product unless they return it to its original form. I can buy many other face wipes with a scent I don't like. I REALLY MISS that Noxema scent & the original cloths. PLEASE REISSUE THESE IN THEIR ORIGINAL FORM! Thank you!

I've used the old model for many a year . . . and loved them. But, with the new scent and the lack of eucalyptus and menthol, I won't be purchasing them again unless the old model is brought back. So, please bring 'em back, Noxzema.

WHAT HAPPENED? I buy Noxzema wipes literally by the case. They are my favorite makeup removal cloths. Or they were. Why, why, WHY would they change the scent? The only reason I bought these instead of one of the myriad other choices out there was the trademark Noxzema scent. It made me feel fresh and clean and, dare I say, YOUNG!
I just got a case of 6 packages in the mail today. I saw the "New, Fresh Fragrance!" label as I pulled the first package out of the box and thought this just can't be. But it is. There is nothing special about these cloths and unless they go back to the traditional scent, I won't be buying them again.
Boo, Noxzema. I'm going to drown my sorrows in a Coca Cola Classic.

Please say it isn't so! When I was traveling a couple months back and picked up a package (all they had) with the "new fresh scent" I thought it must have been an addition to the product line. After all, Noxema would be crazy to take away that signature scent wouldn't they? I hated everything about the new ones, especially the scent and the nasty feeling film on my face after using them. I figured when I got home I would get a package of the 'right' ones. I have often had trouble tracking them down and would buy several packs at a time when I found them, even though felt they were a bit expensive. Imagine my dismay after checking several stores to find only these new cloths. I have been a daily user since my SIL introduced me to them after a long, grimy day of riding motorcycles. It was so refreshing and that smell! It took me back to my teen years in the seventies. I was hooked! Even the manly men in our group used them to wash off the sweat and dirt. I can guarantee they would not use these flowery, chemically smelling, wimpy cloths and neither will I. Just as many have mentioned, I can buy any old cleansing cloth and it shouldn't be too difficult to find one with a less offensive odor that does a better job. Noxema what have you done? I am apparently not alone in saying that I am just sick about it. Please see what folly this change is and bring back the original!

Read the reviews and I, too, am wondering why they RUINED A GOOD THING?? I see the 'size' of the wipe changed but why take away the trademark scent??? Really!!?? Understand making the cloth smaller to cut your costs, but removing the scent?? I am giving this product 4 stars, but WILL NOT buy it, because it's uniqueness is gone. I can go buy any old cloth for less money. Now, without the Noxema scent, it's just like all the others. I'll just buy whatever is on sale now. Bring back the scent and you've got ME back!

i was totally excited to find noxzema wipes, but then they changed the formula to a "fresh, new scent" which is now NOTHING like the noxzema i knew and loved. now they're just like everybody else - what's the point?!

I registered on this site to specifically complain about the new Noxema wipes! I have been buying these for years and I've been a faithful Noxema user since my Mom introduced me to it when I was a young girl. Imagine my surprise when I bought a new package to take on a trip and realized that they had changed the scent! Why would you do this?!! One of the key reasons I buy this product is BECAUSE of the scent!! I feel clean and my skin feels tingly and fresh. Because of this new scent, Noxema has become (to me) no better than any other skin cleaning cloth. Nothing special at all. Just a cloth that cleans my face. As I said, I pick Noxema specifically for the scent, now I'll probably buy whatever is cheaper, since all of you now share the same old perfumy scent.

TO ALL THE DECISION MAKERS AT NOXEMA: What were you thinking when you changed this fantastic product? I live in Canada and use to drive to the US just to stock up and buy these wipes --- I loved them and use to use them daily - but now they are AWFUL !!!! What a huge disappointment. Not only are the new wipes smaller, the texture is not pleasant and where is the NOXEMA SMELL we all KNOW and LOVE??? There is no fresh and clean feeling or smell any longer. My face doesn't even feel clean after I use the new version --- I'm begging you - BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL WIPES WITH THE LARGER SIZE, BETTER FEEL AND NOXEMA SMELL !!!!

It's one thing in this ecconomy to reduce the size or amount of a product to keep the price intact but to change the scent? Why not just offer it as an alternative? Are you trying to generate more sales? Just stick with what works. Please go back to the original scent or at least offer it as an alternative. I don't like my face smelling "sweet" just want it to smell clean. Thank you!

then why oh why did you go and change these wipes??!?!?!? what next.. is the original cleansing cream gonna be reformulated with the new "fresh" fragrance?! i certainly hope not! i use noxzema because it's a good product and the fresh tingle only increases my liking. that was how i felt about the old wipes. they were just great on a hot day after going to the gym, but now... ehh...just like any other wipe.
i do like these wipes since they don't irritate my skin and haven't broken me out, but the new sizing of them is also quite a down grade, although that may have been done for "green" reasons, fair enough. but the scent/formula should have remained the same.

I have ben using Noxzema exclusively for over twenty years, and loved the wipes for travel, or after the gym. This new scent is terrible, and you now have a product that is just like everyone else's. I'm not sure why you changed a perfectly good product, but please return to your original scent, and maintain your loyal customers.

Go back to your original scent! Noxzema makeup removal cloths lost their unique cleansing and fresh feel when it went to the "new, fresh fragrance". Don't like the smell, don't like the product. Please go back!
